It's Awards Time!
The time has come again to recognize our accomplishments of the past year as we come together to celebrate our 2020 autocross season. Be there to cheer on the friends you've been battling with all year as they (or you!) receive awards. There will be lots of good food and time spent with great friends, so don't miss out! Online pre-registration is required as minors must be registered to be on site per Auto Club Speedway (ACS) regulations; there will be no walk up registration on the day.
Welcome Home!
We are excited to host the 2020 Cal Club End-of-Year Coney Awards Banquet at our “home base”, lot 6 of Auto Club Speedway in Fontana (located at 9300 Cherry Ave, Fontana, CA 92335).
Bring Your Appetite (And Your Own Chairs)!
In addition to recognizing our champions and trophy winners, we'll also partake in a delicious Mexican food buffet. Individual food containers will be provided to encourage COVID Best Practices. Please bring your own chairs and canopies. We will require all banquet seating to observe social distancing requirements. And of course we will require everyone to wear a mask as appropriate at all times during the banquet.
Raffle Prizes
As usual, there will be plenty of door prizes generously donated by our region and sponsors, so don't forget to get your raffle ticket at check in for a chance to win.
Fun and Games!
We will also be hosting a driving “fun run/practice” day around our banquet! Bring your car and be prepared for a little friendly Cal Club creative competition fun. This portion of the banquet requires registration under a separate MSR that has been created.
Schedule
- Gates open at 7:00am
- 8:30am - 11:00 am Cal Club Cup Driving Competition (separate registration required to participate in the driving event).
- 11:00am - 12:00pm - Banquet begins, socially distanced mingle, & eat
- 12:00pm -1:00pm - Awards Ceremony
- 1:00pm -3:30pm - Cal Club Cup Round 2 Competition
- 3:30pm - Clean Up Cones (the best part of the day!)
Fees - Banquet only
- Ages 18+: $25
- Ages 11-17: $20
- Ages 3-11: $15
- Children 2 and younger: Free*
- Attending for trophy ceremony only: Free
Pre-registration is REQUIRED. There will be NO WALK UP REGISTRATION. Registration closes January 20th, 2021 prior to the event. You will be charged immediately once you register.
